SUMMER ROWING CAMPS
The Occoquan Juniors Experienced Sweep Program is a 4 week, multi school program, designed to focus on rowing skill development and improving the overall physical fitness of the camp participants. No erging is involved in this camp. We will maximize our rowing time on the water and take advantage of the beautiful water conditions on the Occoquan during the summer months. This program is ideal for experienced rowers and coxswains who are trying to make higher end, varsity boats in the subsequent year. Some sculling may be incorporated throughout the camp but the primary focus will be sweep rowing
CAMP ONE: July 11th- August 4th
CAMP TWO: August 8th- September 1st
The cost of the camp.......... $320
4 week session
Experienced coxswains........ $100 per camp session.

All Camp sessions meet Monday-Thursday 6-8 PM
Summer Vacation ???.
Rowers will be allowed to make up the missed practices during a later session if capacity allows
