Missing Practice ?
If you are unable to make a practice or a regatta please send an email to the account below. All coaches ask you give them as much notice as possible. All absences must be in by 2:00 PM of that practice day to allow coaches to make the necessary adjustments.

Experienced Girls Team: Please arrive no later than 8:30 AM on Sunday for the Head of the Occoquan Regatta. The Race time is 10:00 AM.
